Éilish is a Non-Executive Director of JP Morgan Bank Ireland & New Ireland Assurance Co. She served a 4 year term on the Board of the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) from 2009 to 2013. Éilish trained with KPMG as a Chartered Accountant. She worked for 17 years as CFO & Executive Director & Global VP of AIG Global Investments specialising in Global Asset Management & Fund Management, Trust & Custody, Securities Lending, Alternative Investments and Property Development.

A fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. She carries a BA in Mathematics & a degree in Electronic Engineering from Trinity College Dublin. She holds a Professional Diploma in Corporate Governance from the UCD Smurfit Business School. She holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (UK) and was awarded the designation of Chartered Director from the IoD (UK). She is a Certified Bank Director, designated by the Institute of Banking in Ireland.
