She previously served as a Non-Executive Director of JP Morgan Bank Luxembourg (an ECB regulated Significant Institution) and JP Morgan Bank (Ireland). She served a 4 year term on the Board of the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) from 2009 to 2013. Her portfolio of directorships held are within the insurance, banking, asset management, private equity, social finance & fund sectors.

Éilish trained with KPMG as a Chartered Accountant. She worked for 17 years as CFO & Executive Director of AIG Global Investments specialising in Global Asset Management & Fund Management, Trust & Custody, Securities Lending, Alternative Investments and Property Development.

A fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. She carries a BA in Mathematics & a degree in Electronic Engineering from Trinity College Dublin. She holds a Professional Diploma in Corporate Governance from the UCD Smurfit Business School. She holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (UK) and was awarded the designation of Chartered Director from the IoD (UK). She is a Certified Bank Director, designated by the Institute of Banking in Ireland.
